Refund policy
At Niquency Studio, each product is made to order through our
print-on-demand partners. Because of this, we do not accept
returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within
14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
To request a replacement, email us at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be
provided. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to
your original payment method.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
